A preview will be available the day before the restock. When ready, we will notify our followers through social media and our newsletter.

Preview listing photos and title descriptions are exactly as they will appear when the items are available to purchase. To simplify the purchasing process, make a note of the title numbers of the items you wish to purchase for a faster reference.

Once prepared, the restock preview will be displayed in the "CURRENT RESTOCK" tab. The only difference between the preview and the actual restock is that purchases cannot be made during the preview period.

The preview period is the perfect time to look through all photos of all pieces you may be interested in.

The website will be down an hour before the restock to shift all listings from preview mode to live mode.

If you intend to purchase multiple items, we suggest selecting your top choice first and then making a separate order for any additional items. An item is not considered secured until the checkout process is finalized. Any excess shipping charges will be reimbursed after your order is packed and weighed.

If you have an existing account, we recommend logging in prior to the scheduled restock time and verifying that your account information is up to date. Creating an account before your initial transaction will facilitate the checkout process for future restocks. You can create an account by clicking on the person icon located between the search and shopping bag icons at the top of the page.

As the scheduled restock time approaches, navigate to the shop page. New listings will appear promptly at the specified time. Please note, you may need to refresh the page in order to see the listings.
